Do i need a certified scuba id in order to get a scuba tank filled ? - do you have to be certified to fill a scuba tank
I thought buying a bottle for my scuba tank paintball HP and my father and I had to do it, but then someone said, you need a certified diver, identification, complete a diving course on how you buy and what not? Anyone who knows anything about this or maybe if someone knows where they have no identity?

Check with the store. One of my local stores, provided that the tank is marked "for the exclusive use of paintball. The only other complete a certified diver.
Check with your local fire department, too. Sometimes it is full, sometimes they are not. Depending on the policy.
Some will do it if you signed a waiver, and the tank is marked, the use of paintball and the transaction is configured to do so. However, you need the tank just like any other dive tank hydro'd on the basis of 5 years. I am sure you will take to get into a position without a visual check, it does not breathe the gas, but Hydro is for your safety and the person filling the tank. The memory may well be a dam anyway, if the tank appears to have suffered violence, even if the date is valid hydropower. The waiver, if the dive is a link to know before you or someone you follow, protect, exploit the gas tank to breathe and hurt yourself. This is the main reason for filling the application for a C-card for air tanks. To take another person with a breathing gas tank without adequate training or appropriate action. This becomes even worse when the tank is in the C02 and it is incorrectly identified or incorrectly used.
